My name is Lindsey Cook, I'm 32 years old, a vegetarian, shopaholic, spontaneous soul and I make a mean three bean chilli lasagne. I have always loved makeup, but I can honestly say that I have found my "find something you enjoy and you will never work a day in your life" job. I began my journey as a self taught artist, using what I could afford when I was a teenager. I then worked my way to the London School of Make Up in 2017, completing a Bridal specialist course to moving onto some of the best Make Up Artists on the social platforms. I attended 1-1 courses and emersed myself into masterclasses. I became addicted to the knowledge, the kit, the final looks. I have been in the business for 10 years now and I love it. I have had the best time growing as an Artist, meeting a wide range of lovely people, from clients to fellow vendors and I am excited about my future in this space. This isn't my only job though, I am currently in the emergency services, working long hours in a challenging yet rewarding role. I am thankful to be able to do the two things I love alongside one another.
